Your job
- Check and post incoming invoices and travel expenses
- Ensure that invoices are booked on correct account/cost center and a corresponding project code
- Corporate credit card administration and follow up with responsible employees
- Ensure correct approval process and proper documentation
- Prepare and execute weekly payment run / manual payments
- Support month and year-end closing procedures in Accounts payable
- Develops and maintains financial databases
- Keeps the financial archiving up to date and complete
- Assists with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures; documents
- Accounting related policies, procedures and workflows
- Assists the organization with improving the overall financial practices; participates in establishing
- Accounting policies and procedures; contributes to process efficiency improvement
Your profile
- Graduation in Economics, Accounting or Finance Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Language skills: sound knowledge in English
- One to two years work experience in accounting
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP-software is an advantage
