Administrative Assistant / Junior Paralegal
Location: Belgrade
Requirements:
- University degree
- Fluency in English (other languages are considered as a bonus) along with excellent PC skills are prerequisites
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with foreign/domestic trademark portfolio
- Assisting trademark paralegals in maintaining the records of trademark portfolio information
- Preparing correspondence and responding to inquiries from clients throughout the trademark registration process
- Preparing summaries and periodic status reports of trademarks matters for clients
- Supporting trademark related projects
- Performing other duties and special projects as necessary – may involve handling confidential and sensitive material
Interpersonal skills required:
- Respectful to other individuals working directly or indirectly with them
- Reliable and dependable team player who is able to adapt quickly to new surroundings
- Candidate should be action and results-oriented
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and team members
