Carrier Partnership Associate is responsible for maintaining professional and productive relationships with our suppliers. He actively works on negotiating better termination rates and terms of business and acts as account manager for all suppliers in their portfolio including all administrative tasks.

Essential Functions

  • Account management of our service providers, maintaining professional and productive partnership.
  • Responsible procurement and supplier engagement to obtain sustainable service solution with best commercial model at necessary quality level.
  • Escalation point for all service issues with appropriate contact on our vendor’s side.
  • Awareness and documentation of all particularities for worldwide countries, around our service specifics, commercial and regulatory changes etc.
  • Approving supplier invoices. Reconciliation of any discrepancies with our suppliers if needed.
  • Managing and uploading supplier’s price-lists into our platform, reacting appropriately with suppliers on all changes which are impacting our business.
  • Decision making for financial and service quality improvement by negotiating, testing, and executing traffic routing changes.
  • Proactively responding to changes in provider capabilities and customer traffic profile, selecting new routes as appropriate.
  • Work with Sales, Support, System and other teams on day-to-day basis where collaboration is required for handling of operational tasks and issues.
  • Help identify where Routing related processes, procedures, policies and tools could be improved.

Essential Requirements  

  • Minimum university education, Degree in Economics or equivalent is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written, additional language knowledge is a plus.
  • Very strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation skills with advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and financial analytics.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-organized and proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for technology, ability to learn fast and understand dynamic market changes and trends.
  • Prior experience in similar role and Telco industry experience is a plus.
