Communication Consultant for U-Report Serbia

U-Report Serbia is seeking a qualified communication consultant to:
- develop a communication strategy and a detailed communication and dissemination plan for UReport;
- develop advocacy strategies for the use of U-Report results;
- support the implementation of the strategies.

The duration of the assignment is from October 2018 to October 2019, up to 120 working days in total.
Required qualifications:
- University degree in Social Sciences, preferably: communications, journalism, marketing or another relevant field;
- Expertise in communications;
- Proven skills in conceptualizing and developing communication and advocacy strategies, as well as action plans for implementation;
- Ability to work with incomplete information and diverse views and opinions;
- Concrete experience of fostering open dialogue, building trust and engaging key stakeholders;
- Excellent oral and written skills in English and Serbian are essential;
- Experience in working with human rights organisations is an asset.

Your application must include a financial proposal containing the following information:
- Daily rate in RSD (all costs to be included e.g. health insurance, pension, usage of mobile phone);
- Daily allowance cost for overnight travel within Serbia in RSD (including accommodation);
- Transportation costs per km in RSD (within Serbia, with all costs included).
