We are currently in the process of strengthening our HR team and recruiting for the role of:

Compensation and Benefits Specialist

responsible for Balkan and Baltic countries
Belgrade

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing C&B reports for HR Director, Corporate, General Manager
  • Participating in annual budgeting process; FCST; accruals
  • Control payments and payroll records in HR system
  • Realize annual salary review and annual bonus process for employees in Region
  • Participating in annual salary review and annual bonus for employees; supporting HR managers through salary review process
  • Monitor local market trends in compensation and benefits through participation in salary surveys; Providing consultations on compensation and benefits structure, market trends to HRMs, Department Heads
  • Administrating Medical and Life Insurance program for employees in Region and other benefits; participation in tender board
  • Improve and maintaining C&B procedures and policies; supporting C&B manager/ HR managers in Region on Global C&B policies and practices
  • Participating in project of changing bonus structure for sales employees
  • Participating in Job evaluation and job grading for new positions
  • Preparing recommendations for salary/benefits review/promotions by request of HR managers/Line; managers/Department Heads; design compensation package for new hired/promoted employees
  • Sales Force bonuses calculation, participation in creating of new bonus systems based on KPI
  • Reporting: accruals of sales/ non-sales bonuses; Headcount Reporting; Turnover Reporting Russia & CIS; HR statistic - Employee Master File (new employees, terminations, promotions, salary changes); verification of cost account documents; Car Fleet:  reporting on the fines for violations of traffic rules

Requirements for the role:

  • 3 years’ experience in HR/Finance and Reporting
  • University Degree in HR/Economics/Finance 
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Accurate, organized and analytical person
  • Ability to work in multicultural environment
