Customer Fulfillment Specialist

The Customer Fulfilment Specialist is accountable for the performance and operational management of all tasks related to the Customer Fulfilment operation for assigned customers, including the achievement of the contracted service levels in line with operational, legal and commercial requirements, as well as compliance with all relevant Aviation authority rules and guidelines applicable for Customer Fulfilment. In addition, Customer Fulfilment Specialist is responsible for on timely return of U/S and S/A material from the customers and control of ownership of the material.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage customer request for aircraft direct use & stock replenishment’s end to end process in SAP (ZMATRIX) from request creation until full completion on timely manner
  • Daily monitor of assigned SAP Locators and timely resolving issues of ageing components (AGEING SLOC)
  • Daily monitor of LIM (Logistics Inbound Monitor) and resolve problem cases with unserviceable components received from the customer (Logistics Inbound Monitor) on timely manner.
  • Manage and prioritize customer rejection and IOR raise if related to Quality / Safety
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Improve and maintain customer service experience and satisfaction
  • Escalate business critical observations to superior
  • Review customer operation in terms of Quality, Delivery and Cost and contribute ideas to achieve improvement
  • Monitor and manage Consignment Stock and Customer Stock Location and rectify stock level and ownership declaration on dedicated customer stores additionally resolving discrepancies found during periodical inventory audits in accordance with finance department requirement
  • Manage component shelf life of the assigned material locators and initiate appropriate actions
  • Provide operational reports / alerting chart on time, performance shortfall identified and actions initiated for resolution
  • Analyze and escalate any of the potential recharge opportunities (e.g. customer damage, unjustified AOG requests, transportation costs, etc.)
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
  • Coordinate of complex modification programs; Management of assigned projects

Your profile:

To fulfil this position successfully, your qualifications must include:

  • University degree in Business / Technical Education
  • MS Office tools proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Full professional proficiency in English (B2)
  • Service-oriented person with focus on high standards of quality and productivity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer and Service focused attitude
  • Experience in general Supply Chain Management (MRO, Airline) is desired
