We are currently searching for

HR Administration Coordinator

who will join our team in our plant in Sabac.

Main duties and responsibilities for this position include:

  •  Responsibility for compliance with the relevant legal regulations and internal acts of the Company and communicating it to the management team.
  • Adaptation and implementation of policies and guidelines related to the Company human resources in accordance with the legal provisions of the country
  • Making General Acts of Company in the field of labor relations and participation in negotiations with employee representatives
  • Responsibility for the efficient running of the flow of personal documentation in accordance with legal regulations and internal regulations of the company
  • Continuous monitoring of changes in regulations in the field of labor law and, if necessary, initiate amendments and harmonization of internal documents of the company
  • Creating and maintaining the shape of contracts, rulings, decisions and requirements in the field of personnel administration
  • Responsibility for the accuracy and promptness timely information Personnel Administration
  • Responsibility for timely registration and deregistration of employees in the relevant state institutions. Proposing and actively implement measures to improve the administrative operations of the company, and improvement of internal guidelines and procedures
  • The steady development of productivity and efficiency of team in its domain of work in accordance with quality requirements
  • The responsibility for ensuring adequate archiving of documents in the jurisdiction (contracts, requirements, solutions), in accordance with legal regulations and internal company standards;
  • Making decisions about employee absences (paid / unpaid leave, holidays, etc.)
  • Keeping all necessary records and reports on the orders of a superior in the required form and content.
  • Disciplinary and professional management team of collaborators, especially the development and improvement of specific knowledge.
  • Responsibility for monitoring and, if necessary, apply corrective actions for key performance indicators of department.
  • Regular monitoring and evaluation of the relationship to work, the performance of team members in accordance with internal standards.
  • Implementation of defined measures of internal communication to team members

The skills and qualities that a HR Administration coordinator should have:

  • Education: University degree, Law studies (mandatory evidence on having bar examination passed)
  • Work experience: minimum 3 years in the field
  • Fluent in English
  • Technical knowledge: Word and Excel advanced user
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Highly communicative person and able to cope multitasking
