IT Support Engineer - Telenor banka
Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of all activities related to the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and support of IT system (applications, services and business processes), in order to support the business line.
- Analysing/solving issues reported from front-line groups that support external and internal customers
- Participate in troubleshooting and triage of issues with different teams and vendors to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
- Participates in the resolution of all operational tasks related to the resolution of performance issues / incidents that may occur on systems.
- Develops operational instructions and procedures to improve IT support.
- Document resolutions, processes and update knowledge base articles
Requirements:
- Relevant education in the field of IT, University degree will be considered as advantage
- At least 1 year experience in banking and IT
- Knowledge of IT systems, architectures and services
- Knowledge of SQL will be considered as advantage.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to communicate with various technical and non-technical staff
