Junior Service Desk Specialist
We are looking for a Junior Service Desk Specialist located in Belgrade, Serbia for a definite period of time, from May 2019 till the end of December 2019, on a Fixed-term contract.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receiving, dispatching and resolving service request tickets and handling incoming calls
- Managing users accounts in active directory and other enterprise systems
- Providing end user IT support for hardware and software related issues
- Centralized image deployment of end user workstations
- Collaborating with other IT Infrastructure teams in order to provide better user support
- Requires field work to provide shop, sales and technical facilities support
- Requires some off-shift and weekend work with rotating on call coverage
- Maintaining high level of user satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of client operating systems and system software
- High school degree
- Knowledge of hardware maintenance
- Motivated to learn new skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in an international team
- Ability to initiate and drive improvement and change
- Driving licence: B category
