Responsibilities:
- Knowledge, implementation and follow-up of OS and LEAN methods
- Executing Weekly Audits Factory Processes According to OSA
- QVC Weekly Consolidation
- 5S Audits system implementation
- Kaizen system implementation
- Knowledge and implementation of Kanban, JIT, Pull System
- Collect and communicate production feedback to the LEAN department
- Support the implementation of the engineering modifications made in the assembly line
- Train operators on new standardized working methods
- Support the team leader in the implementation of the standardized workplace.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Technical experience in automotive industry is advantage
- Experience in Production/Engineering
- Strong person that protect the values of his job (will perform audits with managers, needs to keep own standpoint, not to be easily influenced)
- Proactive - follow up on actions defined after audits
- Advanced English language knowledge is obligatory
- Other: MFG, QS, ME, 5Why, Kaizen
