Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Belgrade
Position responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and travelling with the manager to provide general assistance during meetings and presentations with major principals
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
Desired candidate profile:
- Bachelor degree
- B category Active driver
- Fluency in English
- Ready to travel
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Open-minded, excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability
- Proactive and fast learner
- Ability to take initiative and act proactively
