This is where we need an additional member to our team - we need someone who will support the recruitment and selection process, as well as some other HR processes as well, while delivering measurable results. What would your responsibilities be?

• Collaborating with team leaders on determining the recruitment needs
• Advertising job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
• Contacting applicants, conducting phone screens where necessary, and scheduling interviews
• Daily maintaining and improving the candidate database
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Completing timely reports on recruitment activity
• Participating in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Supporting other HR processes, such as performance management, employer branding and employee administrion management
