Regional Sales Analyst

Job Description
Danfoss has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Regional Sales Analyst who will be responsible for sales reporting, pricing and operational sales support for East and North European region. Your main tasks will be regional implementation of global tools and processes, providing trainings for all new sales colleagues to the existing tools and processes, providing regional analysis/insights/actionable recommendations to drive data transparency, results accountability, and profitable growth. Being successful you will become a trusted partner and an integral, active, and visible contributor to the business in the region. You will be located in Novi Beograd, Serbia, reporting to Regional sales director, with dotted line reporting to the global Sales excellence.
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have a University degree in Business or similar with minimum 3+ years within sales, analyst, business analyst, or financial analyst role. You also need to be strong with business understanding and ability to communicate cause, effect, results and implications, together with demonstrated abilities to interpret data, convert it into information, communicate appropriately, anticipate next steps, and recommend course correcting actions or strategies. Therefore diagnostic skills (can identify and prioritize where to focus efforts to increase profitability, capabilities, market share, customer loyalty, etc.), being process oriented, analytical, and having ability to influence others is critical for this position. In addition, you have:
- Good Microsoft office package knowledge (advanced excel required)
- Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence systems, SAP BW is a plus
- Business development/project management mindset
- Good stress and time management skills
- Good communication, presentation and relationship management
- High level of ambition with a strong drive for achieving impact
- Hands-on mentality, analytical skills with drive and commitment with focus on execution of plans and achieving impact
