Reporting Manager

Responsibilities:
- Management & development of the Commercial Reporting unit for Serbia & Montenegro, responsible for timely and accurate unified reporting toward all stakeholders, flawless ad hoc reporting process and development of analytical reporting capabilities
- Develop and improve standard management reporting and trend analysis within commercial. Provide regular follow up on Market Plan activates and design strong tracking system in order to provide relevant information on time and quality and support decision making process
- Secure Reporting & Monitoring Key KPIs in proactive manner
- Building unit competence with the aim to support Commercial and other stakeholders to take decisions based on facts and root causes of challenges or opportunities
- Development, improvement and implementation of ad hoc reporting processes within area in order to support best possible planning, focusing on priorities and use of resources
- Report Development & Prioritization. Secure flawless ad hoc report delivery, with transparent prioritization and delivery time
- DWH requirements specification linked to the business requirements, KPIs and key challenges
- Lead (develop, plan, execute & follow up) the team towards achievement of the above
- Facilitate and support pricing & segment owners with findings from regular reporting framework
Requirements:
- You are structured and analytical
- Good communicator and have good interpersonal skills
- You have reputation as a good manager and people development
- You have experience working in complex data structures and are able to focus on priorities
- Bachelor degree in Math, Finance, Statistics or similar
- 5 years of work experience within Business Intelligence, Analysis, Finance or similar function
- Preferably Telco experience
- Fluency in English
