On behalf of our client, global company highly-specialized in designing and developing complex solutions in the civil engineering, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:
SALES BACK OFFICER
Main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the correspondence between the Sales Manager and their clients;
- Reviewing pending orders and specific clients requests;
- Processing new sales orders;
- Monitoring customer accounts;
- Taking care of the office general activities and services;
- Creating reports on sales activities;
- Providing data and required reports;
- Keeping track of sales targets;
- Supporting in logistics and freight transport;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree-master degree in Economics is advantage;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Result orientation skills;
- Highly developed social intelligence;
- Effective presentation skills;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- PC literacy (Excel, Word);
- Fluency in English;
