Team Lead - Quality
We are looking for a new colleague in the Quality department at our location in Pančevo (Serbia). ZF’s E-Mobility Division is expanding its production capacity for electro mobility products by building a new facility in the Serbian city of Pančevo.

Your tasks as Team Lead - Quality:
- Leading the quality management department
- Securing and optimising the quality management system for continuous quality improvement and reduction of the complaint rate
- Ensuring a continuously quality awareness and constant optimizations
- Provision of technical and human resources for the quality area
- Results-oriented technical and disciplinary management of the division and further development of employees
Your profile as Team Lead - Quality:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering or automotive engineering or comparable
- Several years of working experience in quality management as well as leadership experience
- Good product and application knowledge in the field of electronic controls and systems
- Knowledge of quality management, methodological competence and relevant quality standards
- Excellent English and Serbian language skills both oral and written, German skills are preferable
