Work Model: Fully remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Serbia
Employment Type: Full-time, with an option for Part-time after 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for the airline's customers, addressing inquiries through inbound calls in both German and English.
- Provide support with booking management, flight cancellations, online check-in processes, clarifying terms and policies, among other queries.
- Log conversation details accurately in the airline's specific system.
Deliver prompt, courteous solutions to customer questions, ensuring adherence to KPIs for speed and quality.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (B2 level) and English (B2 level), with strong communication skills in both languages.
Competent in using computer systems. - Exhibits an optimistic, service-driven attitude, with a resilient personality capable of working under stress.
- Flexible to work in shift patterns, including weekends, within a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 16/10 Mbps) and a smartphone are required.
- Residency in Serbia with eligibility for employment.
